A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of
the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chamber, Port
Coquitlam City Hell on January 17th, 1983 at 7:30 pem.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.D. Gates, J.3.
Keryluk, G.R. Laking, D.J. Vater. and M.R. Wright in attendance.

Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer B.R. Kirk,
City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer, F.E. Peters, P. Eng., Assistant
City Engineer T. Chong, P. Eng., City Treasurer J. Maitland, Director
of Community Planning W. Brown, Recreation Director K.J. Taylor,, and
Recording Secretary D. Vyse.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced Mrs. Barnet and the
7th Hyde Creek Girl Guide Pack and welcomed them to the meeting.

Kingsway, South Burnaby, B.C. who then made a presentation to Council
regarding the building under construction at 3047/49 York Street

Zeswick, 7397 Kingsway, South Burnaby, B.C. outlining the National
Building Code requirements and advising failure to comply will result
