One, Plan 1106, New Westminster District shown included within the
outline on ai: explanatory plan of Lot 278, Plan 52700 of District Lot
465 and a portion of Lot 3, Plan 1106 of District Lot 380, Group One,
New Westminster District prepared by Robert M. Reese, British Columbia
Land Surveyor and dated September 19th, 1980 at or for the price or sum
of $1.00 be approved;

THAT the said explanatory plan wherein the said portion of Lot
combined with Lot 278, District Lot 465, Group One, Plan 52700, New
Westminster District to form a new parcel be similarly approved;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to
execute the necessary deeds, plans, or other documents on behalf of the

City to accomplish the purposes aforesaid and to affix the City's Corporate

Seal thereto.
