MINUTES

A Public Information Meeting was held in the Council Chambers of the

City Hall, November 23rd, 1977 to discuss a proposed commercial development
‘on the north side of Marpole Street. : .

The meeting was attended by Chairman Alderman G.R. Laking, City Planning
Officer Lanson Lee, City Clerk R.A. Freeman, and City Administrator L.D. Pollock
on behalf of the City; Mr. Frank Findlay, representing the Developer; and aus
three residents of the area.

feet of retail or office space. Mr. Lee outlined the general planning for the

area and how the concept fitted in with existing commercial development.
