MINUTES A Public Information Meeting was held in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, November 23rd, 1977 to discuss a proposed commercial development ‘on the north side of Marpole Street. : . The meeting was attended by Chairman Alderman G.R. Laking, City Planning Officer Lanson Lee, City Clerk R.A. Freeman, and City Administrator L.D.
