Dear Sirs;

This letter is in reply to yours of March 30, 1977 addressed
to Mr. K.B. Sinclair.

Mr. Sinclair is acting on behalf of Rayonier in this matter and
has reviewed the status of the proposed subdivision with the un-
dersigned.

We are fully aware that Lot G of cur Port Coquitlam property (to
be designated Lot 117 after the proposed subdivision has been
registered) does not currently enjoy physical access from an
opened road allowance, nor does it enjoy domestic water or sewer
service, and that your approval of the proposed subdivision will
not change this status. oo

When access to Lot 117 is required in the future, the road allow-
ance can be either opened by Rayonier, or access can be created
via a right-of-way over Lot E, Plan 4463 - which is also owned

by Rayonier.

I trust that this letter answers to your satisfaction the points
raised in your March 30, 1977 letter to Mr. Sinclair.
