From the City Administrator, January 6th, 1977, referring to the Operation Agreement-— Justice Bldg. operation of the Justice Building under a joint agreement between the City and District of Coquitlam, and setting forth certain changes that are necessary in the basic agreement as the Court facility, being leased to the Provincial Government, is now an entirely separate operation. Carried. ‘City Adm.re From the City Administrator, January 7th, 1977, concerning the -} rental-City-owned ‘i house~2190 rental of a house on property located at 2190 Prairie Avenue purchased Prairie Ave. by the City for road widening purposes, suggesting that the prospective tenants should be given a reasonable length cf occupancy of up to one year, and advising that on consulting with a real estate company, he was informed that $270.00 per month would be a fair, economic rent therefore.
