Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution, Alderman Mabbett referred to
No. 06407 in ihe December 23rd Statement, being $60.00 for car allowance
payable to Mr. N. Chernoff, Senior Building Inspector, and as other
staff members on the flat-rate system receive the sum of $50.00 for car
allowance, thus resulting in an apparent inconsistency, members of Council
generally agreed with the suggestion made by Alderman Mabbett that flat-rate

car allowances be reviewed.

December 21st, 1976, a "Right ‘urn Gnly" sign be posted for westbound

traffic on Marpole Avenue East of the Shaughnessy Streec intersection.

sign should be posted at that intersection alerting motorists of the
regulation to be established.

Operation Agreement-—
Justice Bldg. operation of the Justice Building under a joint agreement between the
City and District of Coquitlam, and setting forth certain changes that are
necessary in the basic agreement as the Court facility, being leased to

the Provincial Government, is now an entirely separate operation.
