RE: Farm Building By-law

After receiving various alternatives in wording of an adopting by~Law, also
getting legal opinions on adopting fragments of the farm code, the following
is a recommendation of the committee,

"The Farm Building code form part of the building By~law
of Port Coquitlam. The entire Farm Building code be
adopted and thereby become the by~law governing farm
building construction",

Please bring this Matter to Council for their approval.
