DRAFT RESOLUTION

That Section 15 of Land Use Contract No. 10 (which said Land

Use Contract is attached to and made a part of By-law No. 1370) be

amended by striking out the figure "14" where it appears in the last line

thereof and substituting therefor the figure "13";

AND THAT By-law No. 1370, as amended, be read a third time.

NOTE: The above-noted resolution refers to the
Land Use Contract with the Greater
Vancouver Housing Corporation.
