Item I

Rez: Home O11 reconstruction at Prairie and Coast Meridian.

The Committee comments were to require sidewalk on the north and east sides of
the site, combine the south egress with the lane crossing, provide for ornamental
rock on building and place proposed planting in relationship to the road widenings.

Item II
Re: ‘Proposed 4-Plex in the 3800 Block Coast Meridian.

The Committee viewed a small perspective plan and suggest clay tiling be used
around the roof eve, require adequate storage and a rear access, retain maximum

tree cover on the site.

Re: Fire Hall Site

The Cormittee reviewed alternate fire hall site locatiorswhich are presently

being pursued. A motion to contact the District of Coquitlam Fire Committee

was passed so that discussion on north side protection could be brought to a

head.
