REPORTS:

From the City Administrator, February 16th, 1973 regarding the restgaa- -_
ion of Mr. Len Pekrul, Sewer Foreman, who has been | an employee of. the, City
since February, 1952, a total of twenty-one years, and advising that he has
been asked by members of the Staff if a joint Staff-Council function could be”
arranged similar to the one held for Mr. Bob Urquhart on his retirement.

The City Administrator, in his report, further advised that a tentative date
suggested for this function would be Saturday, May 26th, 1973 in the. wabbett
Room at the Port Recreation Centre, and that if the proposal is: acceptable |

to the Coun cil, the necessary arrangements will be made.

Saturday, May 26th, 1973 | in the Mabbett Room at the Port Recreation Cente in
honour of Mr. Len Pekrul, Sewer Foreman, who has tendered his resignation as
an employee of this City effective May 15th, 1973 after twenty-one: years as
