Magistrate Hoskins came down from Smithers Wednesday, Superintendent Dowling of the Yukon Telegraph Service came up from Rupert on Tuesday. Before Magistrate Hoskins on Wednesday David Gunanoot, a seventeen-year-old Indian, was charged with stealing . supplies from the quarter-way, Second Cabin, Yukon Telegraph Service. Joseph Wilson, 54, was charged with aiding and abetting. The offence took place last December.
