(serves8-10 persons) rs

4 eggs, separated

2 tbsp. peanut oil

a2 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp, lemon juice ree
2 tsp. ground cinnamon SOE

| (12 oz.) package medium noodles, cooked and drained -
2 apples, unpeeled and coarsely grated (core removed):

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, Grease a 12" x8” x 2” baking dish: Ina large bowl,
beal egg yolks, Add peanit oil, sugar, salt, lemon juice, and-cinnamon; mix well.
Stir in well-drained noodles, apples and raisins. Heat egg whites until stiff peaks
form; fold into noodle mixture. Pour into prepared ‘pan and bake. in 350 degree F,
@ oven for 35-45 minutes or until done, Cut into squares and serve warm. . :
