A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240"

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting -
assembled, enacts as follow:

1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1994, No. 2938",

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more
particularly described as:

Lot 68
District Lot 465
Group One

New Westminster District
Plan 31516

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) and
the Zoning Map of the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby arnended
to reflect this rezoning.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 14th day of November, 1994.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 14th day of November, 1994.

Public Hearing held this 12th day of December, 1994.
