HOURS OF OPERATION

The Teen Centre will operate:

. Friday 3:00 p.m. to midnight
. Saturday noon to midnight
. Sundays noon to 10:30 p.m.

As funding allows, the Teen Centre will be open for longer periods, primarily during the
Monday through Thursday period.

STAFFING

The Teen Centre will be staffed as follows: An employee or volunteer member of the
PoCoMo Teen Centres Society will be on duty at any time the Teen Centre is open. After 6:00
p.m., there wiil be at least two adults.on duty.

A volunteer recruitment and training program has been established. Volunteers will be
young adult members of the PoCoMo Teen Centre Society.

The Teen Centre will also provide space on a rotating schedule for community
professionals, such as street workers, health nurse, drug and alcohol counsellors, suicide
intervention counsellors, recreation programmers, etc.
