That Council award the milling and overlaying work to Jack Cewe Ltd. based
on the tendered price of $240,201.53.

That Council allocate the funds for this work from the 1992 Road
Resurfacing Budget.

From the Deputy City Engineer, August 10th, 1992 regarding Coast Meridian
Reconstruction at Prairie Avenue.

Seconded by Alderman Talbot:

That Council award the Coast Meridian Reconstruction at Prairie Avenue
project to Imperial Paving Ltd. based on the tendered price of $739,635.

That Council allocate $350,000 from the Roads DCC Account, and $131,250
from Future Capital Reserve Fund for this purpose.

From the Deputy City Engineer, August 10th, 1992 regarding Drainage
Problem at 1938 Connaught Street.

hat Council approve the installation of a perforated drain field to be
installed on the boulevard fronting the property at 1938 Connaught at an
estimated cost of $4,407.

That $4,407 be allocated from the Special Public Works Capital Reserve
Fund for this project.
