COMMENTS:

This subdivision proposal! fits in with the development guide
plan for the South Pitt River Road neighbourhood. The proposal
is to consolidate several! properties and resubdivide them into
city size lots. : _

Approval of this application is recommended, as it fits the
subdivision pattern contained in the plan for the area.
