BYLAW NO. 2160

A Bylaw to provide for the mailing of Notice of Public
Hearings pursuant to Section 957 of the "Municipal Act".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, In open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Except as provided in Section 2 of this Bylaw, a copy of every Notice of Public
Hearing required to be published pursuant to Section 957 of the "Municipal Act"
giving notice of a Public Hearing on any bylaw altering the permitted use or
density of any area shall be mailed or otherwise delivered at least 14 days
before the date of the Hearing to the owners as shown on the Assessment Roll as
at the date of the ist Reading of the Bylaw and to the occuplars of all real

property
(a) within the area that is subject to the bylaw alteration; and

120 m (393.7 ft.) from any part of a parcel that is

(b) within a distance of
subject to the bylaw alteration.

Section | does not apply if 10 or more parce!s owned by 10 or more persons are
the subject of the bylaw alteration.

The "Notice of Public Hearings Mailing Byiaw, 1984, No. 2052", Is repealed.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Notice of Public Hearings
Mailing Bylaw, 1986, No. 2160".
