COL GiL THE CORPORATION OF THE CITy OF PORTCOouTTLAM = YAN 10 ‘¢04 BYLAW NO, 2852 A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240” The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as foilows: 1. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240, Amendment Bylaw, 1993, No. 2852". This certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is more particularly described as: Lots 1 and 2 District Lot 288 Group One Plan LMP6446 New Westminster District is hereby rezoned from M-1 (General Industrial) to CD (Comprehensive Development) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Byiaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. Notwithstanding the permitted uses described under "Part XII - Comprehensive ‘Development Zone", the uses permitted within the aforementioned land shall be restricted to those listed in Schedule I which is attached hereto and forms part of this Bylaw. Notwithstanding the “Conditions of Uses" described under "Part XII - Comprehensive Development Zone” of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", the provisions under subsections (3) Location and Extent of Permitted Uses, (4) Development Regulations, and (5) Notes of Section 1001 "General Industrial (M-1) Zone", Part X ox the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240", shall apply to all uses permitted within the aforementioned land.
