This letter is further to our correspondence with respect to the
maintenance of Mary Hill Jr. Secondary School playfield,

The Board would like to express its appreciation to the City for
its offer to upgrade the field. The Board will be pleased to
enter into an agreement with you-whereby the City maintains the
Mary Hill Jr. Secondary playfield on the basis that the Board pays

you the average cost per acre for maintenance of grass play areas
in the school district.

I am advised by our maintenance department that they are pleased

with the standard of maintenance on the following school sites which
are looked after by the City: '

Viscount Alexander Elementary School
James Park Elementary School
.central Elementary School
