ZONING BSYLAW

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the
Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port
Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. an
November.-29th, 1982 at 7:30 pem. to consider the following proposed
bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitkam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No.

1651".

Bylaw No. 1923: to rezone those certain parcels of land situated
in Port Coquitlam, S8ritish Columbia which are more particularly
described as Lot 1,2,3,4,5, and 6, District Lot 464, Block 26,
Group One, Plan 2104, New Westminster District, from RS-1] to Pad.

This property is located at 3170-3180 Flint Street (east side of

Flint Street just south of Prairie Avenue and it is expected that

the Evangelical Free Church will be constructing a larger church.

A copy of the propesed bylaw may be inspected in the Office of the
City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given. above,

between the hours of 8:30 aeme to 4:30 peme on working days, November

16th, 1982 to November 29th, 1982.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed bylaw shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the

Public Hearing on matters contained in the bylaw.
