This letter ig in response to my phone conversation with
Janna Taylor. She reqiested me to contact Triple A with the
problem we have encountered with Port Coquitlam Minor Hockey.

The problem is Port Coquitlam Minor Hockey wiil net allow
girls to play in their organization,

My husband and I went to the executive meeting on Monday
October 26, 198) to try and change their mind. The outcome
Was still NO. The reasons were they don't think they have to abide
by the Human Rights Code, that their constitution is core
important, and they don't have the change reoms to accomodate

Zirls, The Port Coquitlam Rec. Centre has eight change rooms
for two ice surfaces,

There was no comment to my Port Coquitlam
Minor Hockey's house teams allow girls
to play. Thi these .

We would appreciate any help Triple A can give in trying
to get Minor Hockey to accept girls in their organization,
