Laking advised the meeting the following 1734 Broadway A-l to M-1 Proposed by-laws to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1979, No. 1651" would now be considered. By-law No. 1851: To «zone Block 15, District Lot 288, Group One, Plan 4667, New Westminster District, from A-l to M~1l, This property is located at 1734 3readway Street and is approximately 4.5 acres in size and the rezoning contemplated would permit the construction development of an industrial complex. No one was present to comment on the proposed rezoning. B/L #1852 - By-law No. 1852: 1748 Langan, RS~2 to RS-l. To rezone Lots 17, 18, 19, Block J, District Lot 255, Group One, Plan 2106, New Westminster District, from RS-2 to RS-l. This property comprises three lots located at 1748 Langan Avenue having a total frontage of 99 feet and following completion of the rezoning procedures it is expected that the three lots will be consolidated and re-subdivided into two lots each of which will be used as the site for a single family dwelling, No one was present to comment on the proposed rezoning.
