Ranger re Eagle Ridge Hospital Board and Executive for the work they have done regarding the Hospital. proposed new hospital. Alderman Gates advised he has received a complaint regarding the Ald. Gates re 1357 Prairie Ave. property addressed as 1357 Prairie Avenue being used as a dumping ground and he asked the By-law Enforcement Officer to investigate. a complaint regarding the Ald. Gates re Ryan/Marshall. Buffer Strip. Alderman Gates advised he has received Ryan/Marshall buffer strip and Mayor Laking advised work has already been started in thls area. Alderman Traboulay {nqulred regarding repair of the dykes CollowiIng Ald. Traboulay re repair of the December rains and the City Engineer advised the work Is in progress. Dykes. Ald. Wright re Library air condittoning. Alderman Wright stated he has been advised the alr conditioning in the Library Js not working properly and vequests to the owner have not produced results. Moved by Alderman Wright: Seconded by Alderman Mabbett: That a letter be written to Mr. George Horner of Horner Developments Led. advising him of the problems with the alr conditioning In the Library and requesting him to correct this situation. Carried. Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution the Works & Utilieies Superintendent advised he had inspeeted the Library and advised there ts greaae from the Dalry Queen restaurant below on the roof and in the City sewer and this ia causing the problems.
