Again this year the Port Coquitiam listrict Bey wenuts
are plonning to hold their annual Fo Co trex to raise funds
for Scouting in this district.

This yeur the Trek fleadquerters will be at the Hyde
Creek Center, with the frek commencing from thera at 10109
fem. On April 19, 1080, A map of the proposed route is
enoloned, covering about 15 kiloweters,

of the City of Port Coquitiam, to hold this event on the
ofere mentiongd date.

A letter dated danuary 21, 1980, hus been sant to your
ofitiee requesting posting of the banner Yor this event. This
has been contirmed. The édelay in sending tila levter was
for lack of a copy of the propsed route.
