November 5th, 1979.

A regular meeting of the Municipal Council of The Corporation of

the City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam

City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on November 5th,
1979 at 7:30 p.m. . -

His Worship Mayor J.M. Campbell, Aldermen J.J. Keryluk, G.R. Laking,
E.W. Mabbett, P.F. Ranger, L.M. Traboulay and M.R. Wright in attendance.

Also in attendance were Chief Administrative Officer L.D. Pollock,
City Clerk R.A. Freeman, City Engineer F.E. Peters, P. Eng., Fire Chief
W.S. Wingrove, Deputy Fire Chief J.N. Boileau, City Planner L. Lee, City
Treasurer J.G.S. Maitland, Recreation Director X.J. Taylor, Works &
Utilities Superintendent G.W. Ulmer and Mrs. D.L. Vyse.

Alderman Mabbett introduced the coaches and team members of the
Harken Tuggers Lecrosse Team advising they had won the Division B Provincia
Championships held this summer and presented each with a scroll and City
pin as Civic Recognition of their achievement.

That the minutes of the regular meeting of this Council held on

October 29th, 1979 be taken as read and adopted.

CORRESPONDENCE:

From the Navy League PoCoMo Branch, October 29th, 1979 requesting
permission to sell raffle tickets at liqucr outlets and the shopping
centers on November 30th and December Ist, 1979.

That as requested by the Navy League PoCoMo Branch, October 29th,
1979 permission be granted to sell raffle tickets at liquor outlets and

the shopping centers on November 30th and December Ist, 1979.
