WHEREAS pursuant to Subsection (ib} of Section 513 of the “Municipal
Act", being Chapter 355 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1960 and

a the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of

Port Coguitlan deens it desirable and expedient that certain portions of -

highway hereinafter described be stopsed up and closed to traffic;
: NOW THEREFGRE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City

of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

i. That portion of Connaught Avenue dedicated on Plan 2504, District

Lot 255, Group One, New Westminster District, which may be more particularly a

All and singular, that certain parcel or tract of land and prenises, p
nituate, lying and being in the City of Port Coquitlam, Province of
British Columbia and which may more particularly be described as
follows: . . — -
Commencing at the North West corner of Lot 1, of District Lot 255,
Group 1, according to Plan Deposited Number 7387, New Westainster
District,

Thence N 34°38" E along the Easterly boundary of Pitt River Road,

for a distance of 6.06 feet, more or less, to an angle corner;

boundary of Pice River Road, for a distance of 68.99 feet, nore
er less, to the South West corner of Lot M of District Loc 255,

Thence S$ 89°50'E, along the North boundary of Connaught Avenue,
shown dedicated on said Plan Deposited Number 2504, for a distance
224, 1 feet, more or less to the South East corner of Lot 26,
