‘RE: Zoning Application 5-72 (Pennington)

At the regular council meeting of September 25, 1972 the Council approved the
further process of the three rezening and subdivision applications ia the Cameron
Avenuc, Pooley Avenue, Taylor Street area ("Ricard" and"Butler" applications) but
did not issue any instructions with respect to the application for rezoning and
subdivision to create five lots at the north end of Morrison Street shown on the
small section of City Map attached. The Council. will recall that the proposal
calied for the purchase by the applicant of a small section of City land including
& portion of a lane. -

On March 27, 1972 this application was approved for submittal for a public hearing
(Which has not yet been held) but was later ordered to be held in abeyance.

May we please have the Council's instructions as to whether or not this application,
including the proposed land purchase and lane closure, should be further processed.
