Alderman Ranger expressed concern over the possibility that the phasing of the project may be in PATE RET site Ri ate SUN SMES Deed such a manner as to cause inconveniences to the other residents of the project and the Planning Officer advised that this would be taken into consideration in further discussions with the Developer respecting te SEA ge the phasing of the project. Alderman Laking advised that in view of the SWS Re provieions of the Land Use Contract, this particular development would ft: be the first in which all roads, parks, etc. would be completed by the Developer and it would be a totally finished area upon completion of the development. Alderman Traboulay enquired as to the action taken with respect to a recent petition from the residents of Angelo Avenue (adjacent to the development) regarding highway noise and Alderman Thompson advised that the matter had been considered by the Public Works Committee and the matter had been referred to M.L.A. George Kerster and the Provincial Highways Department, as it was agreed that with the higher level of the new highway, some buffer would definitely have to be provided for the residents of Angelo Avenue.
