A. Fixed Rate for Premises Used Sclely for Residential Purposes:

a duplex, triplex, apartment, condominium or any

A ten percentun (102 penalty shall be applied to that portion of any fixed water
Fates set forth above, which is in excess of one-half of the total annual fixed
water tate and which remains unpaid at the close of business en the first Friday
after the first day of July in each yeat. This rate shall not apply to preaises
that have an unfiltered swinning pool located thereon.

B. Meter Rates:

Rates for water shall be for the quantity used in any two (2) months

Period as indicated by meter, which shall be installed on the water service

for the purpose of registering the quantity of water used. All rates for

water shall become due and payable the first day of January, the first day

of March, and the firse day of May, the first day of July, che first day of

September, and the first day of November each and every year, and a penalty

of ten percentum (10%) shall be added to any meter rates remaining unpaid two

(2) mouths after due date hereinbefore set forth. Rates shall be as follows:

unfiltered swirming pool situated thereon:

The rates provided in Section B of this Schedule.

D. Meter Rents:

Where meters are the property of the City monthiy rentals for meters

at the amount shown hereunder shall be chargeable, and accounts for same shali

be rendered on a two (2) months basis and shall be payable ae the same time

in which the said rates for water becose due and payable, and shall be liable

for a ten percentun (102%) penalty on any amounts vemaining unpaid two months

after each due date in like manner as the metered water rates:
