Appointment of Chairman and
Deputy Chairman to the School
District No. 43 Joint Family
Division Committee

The Joint Family Division Committee of School District
No. 43 held elections for the positions of Chairman and Deputy
Chairman of the Committee at their regular meeting held
February 16th, 1978.

Section 18(3) of the Provincial Court Act, under which
the Family Division Committee is established, requires the
appointment of a Chairman and Deputy Chairman by the Municipal
Council. In view of the three Municipal Councils being involved,
ratification o£ the persons selected by the Committee is
required from each of the Councils.

The following persons have been selected by the Committee,
and appointment of these persons by the three Municipal Councils
is xecommended herewith:

Chairman ~ Alderman B.T.H. Robinson
Deputy Chairman - Mrs. Sheila Francis.
