RACKGROUND : The subject property is presently occupied by the Trinity United Church sanctuary, meeting rooms, office. and support spaces. This application is for the development of a non-market residential complex at the rear portion of the 2.32 acre parcel. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The proposal is for a 13 unit apartment building for senior citizens and 18 townhouses for families. The residential development is sited at the rear portion of the church property. The apartment building is placed at the center of the development, flanked on either side by the townhouses. Access to the development is obtained from Prairie Avenue. The seniors' apartment will contain an amenity room and meeting. hall/lounge. The townhouses each have ground level access from a common outdoor entry court. Forty parking spaces are provided in one underground structure beneath the residential development.
