Moved by Alderman Gates: Seconded hy Alderman Talbot; At the request of and pursuant to the Agreement with E. & R. Development Corp. dated the lst day of February, 1991, BE IT RESOLVED that the works and services described in the aforesaid Agreement and installed or to be installed by the said E. & R. Development Corp. in connection with the development of the lands described as: Lots 4, 5, 6, and 7, Block 2, D.L. 379, Group 1, New Westminster District, Plan 1213 are hereby conclusively deemed to be for the sole benefit of those lands and that none of the cost of providing the said works and services shall constitute "excess or extended services" as defined by Section 990 of the Municipal Act. AND THAT the aforesaid Agreement be and the same is hereby approved and that the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to Sign the same on behalf of the City and to affix the Corporate seal thereto. Those parts of Lots 98 to 101, inclusive, District Lot 342, Group One, Plan 2894, New Westminster District, Port Coquitlam, B.C. shown included within the heavy bold line and identified as area "D" on the plan attached being an approximate 525 sq.m. (5650 sq. ft.) area located on the west side of the 1700 Block Mary Hill Road, be sold to Bosa Development Corporation, or its nominee, at or for the price or sum of $36,302.00 in accord with the conditions stated in the tender call and the offer 9° ° received; The adjustment date’ be June 28th, 1991 or earlier; The possession date be June 28th, 1991 or eariier;
