We are considering the tentative approval for the above noted application.
The following items should be considered at the next Public Works Committee

~ Total Development Cost Charges Payable $72,000.00 (Westwood & Davies only)

A) WESTWOOD

Existing - Road works on Westwood are planned for 1991 using
Provincial Grant and Public Works Capital plus DCC
contribution.

- 20m Right of Way - Arterial
~ Existing width 4.25 metre to centerline

Required ~ 7 metres to centerline plus curb & gutter
oe ~ traffic light at Davies/Westwood.
eo ~ Sidewalk on Port Coquitlam side.

Developer - 2.75 metre strip only added to existing 4.25 for total of
Proposes 7 metres.

RECOMMENDATION: .

~ Developer construct road to centerline of Westwood i.e. 7 a

Ds meter roadway.
. ~ Install all conduit for traffic lights at Davies /Westwood .
