_ 1. That the following locations for “STOP” signs be approved:

a. On McLennan Court at the northeast corner of Confederation Way.
b. On Bailey Court at the northeast corner of Confederation Way.

That the City Clerk be instructed to take the necessary steps to amend the
City's Traffic Bylaw, if recommendation 1 is approved.

oe Highway Commercial Zoning District Text Amendment.

a) Section 905 “Highway Commercial (CS-1)", subsection (1) “Uses Permitted”
of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, be amended by deleting clauses

b) Section 906 “Service Station (CD~2)", subsection (1) “Uses Permitted" of once
Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw 2240 be amended by renumbering the existing .
clause (c) as (d), and inserting a new clause (c) to read as follows: | 7

ce) “Retail sale of groceries, and confections, occupying a maximum floor area © eee
