Prior to completion of the above proceedings Alderman Farnworth stated that the Planning and Zoning Committee were proposing the imposition of a restrictive covenant on the area of the property to be rezoned RM-3 to restrict the density to 15 units per acre and to require 840 sq. metres of useable recreation space for each 10 dwelling units.
