A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651)",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam, tn open meeting assembled, enacts as
follows:

The Zone Designations of RS=1 and RS~2 assigned to the area
shown on 4 plan of proposed subdivision of Lot 40, Block D,
Southwest Quarter Section 7, Township 40, Plan 25211, New
Weatminster District, prepared by Helge Jacobsen and
Associates, Protessiona! B.C. Land Surveyors and shown on
thelr drawing bearing Flie No. $~85~5550—1 are removed and

the following Zone Designations are applied;

(a) RS-1 to the remainder of Lot 40, contalning an area of
1187 sq.m as shown on the plan of proposed subdivision
aforesald; and, |

(b) RS-1A To Lot 1 and Lot 2, sald tots each containing
578 SG.Me -

The Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitiam Zoning Bylaw,
1979, No. 1651" Is hereby amended to reftieet this rezoning.

A copy of tha proposed plan of subdivision referred to In
Section ! Is attached to thls Bylaw and made a part

thereof,

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of
Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment
Bylaw, 1985, No. 2088,

Read a first time by the Municipal Councl! this tst day of
