Fee Estimates by Step: The following is an estimate of
the fees and expenses distributed by step. The
Consultant retains the right to redistribute
expenditures between the steps. However, the breakdown
can be used as a general guide for assessing the
progress of the Project.

Billing Rates: For the purposes of applying for
progress payments, additional compensation and/or for
Extras to the Contract, the following billing rates
form a part of this Agreement. Uniess otherwise
stated, these rates will remain in effect for 12: months
from the date of this Agreement after which time the
Consultant is entitled to modify the rates unless
otherwise stipulaved herein.

S. Richards Project Managers/ $55/hr.
A. Walkey Senior Planners

S. Kennedy Engineer $45/hr.
Y. Parenteau Technical Assistant $25/hr.

Additional Charges: The Consultant shall be eligible
to apply for payment for the following additional
charges:

interest charges on payments made later than 30 days
from the date of the invoice at an interest rate of
1.5% per month.
