DRAFT RESOLUTIONS

THAT Parcel "D" (Bylaw Plan 67577) of the Fractional
Southeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 40, Plan
2102, New Westminster District be and the sama is
hereby sold to Evans Developments Ltd.,780 Prairie
Avenue, Port Coquitiam, B.C., for the sum of

$5,198.00;

AND THAT His Worship the Mayor and City Clerk be
authorized to execute the necessary documents
aforesaid and to affix the corporate seal of the City

thereto.

THAT Parcel "E" (Bylaw Plan 67577) of the Fractional
Southeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 40, Plan
2102, New Westminster District be and the same is
hereby sold to Will tam Robertson and Myrtie Patricta

Robertson, 3191 Raa Street, Port Coquitiam, 8.C., for
+he sum of £4,336.00; .

AND THAT His Wership the Mayor and City Clerk be
authorized to execute tha nacessary documents
atoresaid and to affix the corooratea seal of the City

thereto.

THAT Bylaw No. 2019 bea reconsiderad finally passed
and adopted. '
