2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, July 30, 1979 at 7:30'p.m. to consider

sthe following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law,

1979, No. 1651".

By-law No. 1686: to remove. the Zone Designation of RS-2 assigned to

Lot 22, Blocks 24 and 25, District Lot 464, Group One,

Plan 1951, New Westminster District; and,

The North 73.15 feet of Lot 20, Blocks 24 and 25, District
. Lot 464, Group One, Plan 1951, New Westminster District; and,
Tae South 75 feet of ‘ot 20, Block 25, District Lev 464,

Group One, Plan 1951, New Westminster District; and to assign
the Zone Designation of: CD (Comprehensive Development).

This property is located at the Southwest corner of Flint Street
cand Prairie Road and is being rezoned in oruer to permit the
yebuilding of the existing "Q.T. Market" at 3185 Flint Street

and the construction of a 7-Unit Townhouse Apartment on property

adjacent theretc.

A copy of the proposed By-law and other relevant documents inay be
sanspected in the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the
address given above, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m, on working
days, July 19th to July 30th, 1979.

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
“proposed by-law shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public
