construction schedule specified in the "Local Improvement Charge By-law,

Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution, Alderman Keryluk

inquired as to what portion of the total cost would be borne by the City

and how the project would be financed. The City Engineer advised that
no estimate of the total cost of the job has been prepared as yet, but
it will not be reflected in this year's budget. The City Engineer
further advised that two schemes were presented to the residents whereby
the storm sewer could be installed - firstly, under the normal set-up of

waiting their turn in priority or, secondly, under the advanced (which

they have chosen); however, under the normal set-up the residents (whose

properties vary between 60' and 70') would pay slightly less than $50.00

From the City Clerk, February llth, 1976, advising that on January
26th, 1976, Rezoning Amendment By-law No. 1413 (covering Rezoning
Application R#14-75), which would rezone property located at the intersection
of Victoria Drive and Ulster Street from RS-2 (One-Family Suburban
Residential) to RS~1 (One-Family Residential), received third reading,
and that as the Developer has now deposited the necessary Letter of
Credit and other funds along with a Subdivision Plan that is satisfactory

to the City's Approving Officer, the By~law may now be given further
