By-law, 1975, No. 1365"

A photocopy of the above-noted By-law and its accompanying plan are

attached and the By-law is available for first three readings.

The sum of $8,913.00 mentioned in Section 1. to be paid by Enterprise
Construction Company Ltd. is calculated at the rate of $2.60 per square foot in
accord with the decision of Council made on January 20th, 1975.

We should perhaps point out that only the first plan attached actually
forms part of the By-law; the second plan is for Council's information only and
is submitted to show the configuration of the ‘subdivision plan that will be

facilitated by By-law No. 1365.
