Again, these are important aspects of a successful mosquito control program which cannot be accomplished during the regular mosquito control season. 3eginning in 1974, the British Columbia Department of Agriculture hired a professional Entomologist, Dr. R.A. Costello, whose specialty is mosquitoes and biting flies, to do research into mosquito control in the Province of B.C.
