Coquitlam was reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council :

3. That the registered owners of all the adjoining and contiguous lands ‘

have consented to the closure of the said portions of road and lane shown

Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam has agreed to accept title to the

land compricing the same; ,

4, That the portions of road and lane shown dedicated on Registered Plans

LILL, 2045, 2085, 2164, and 2329 described in the said By-law No. 1311 have

never been opened to traffic nor has public money been expended thereon and

it is desirable to close the said portions of road and lane to provide for
the more conventent subdivision of the adjacent and contiguous land owned by
The Corporation of the City of Port Cuquitlam in accordance with a schem: of
subdivision to be prepared and approved by the City and offered for sale en :
bloc and the scheme of subdivision mentioned will require the dedication of
other land as highwaye;
5. That by Resolution dated the Twenty-ninth day of April, 1974, the

: Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Pore Coquitlam authorized . : ;
the presentation of a Petition to the Lieutenant-Governur in Council praying

: for the abandonment of the said portions of road and lane shown dedicated

on Registered Plans 1111, 2045, 2085, 2164, and 2329 so stopped up and closed
