RE: Traffic Amendment By-law No. 1239

A draft resolution with respect to the above noted By-law is attached for Council's
consideration and it will be noted that the resolution, if passed by the Council,
would rescind the third reading of the By-law, make amendments thereto, and again
give the By~law third reading as amended, The amendments proposed are the result

of the recommendations of the Public Works Committee, May 8th, 1973 that were accepted
by the Council at the May 14th, 1973 meeting. :

A copy of the By-law as it will stand following passage of the draft resolution is
alse attached for the Council's information.
