That Advance Voting Opportunities be held at the Port Coquitlam Branch of the Fraser
Valley Regional Library, 2470 Mary Hill Road, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday,
November 10th, 1993; from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 13th, 1993: and from
8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday to Thursday, inclusive, November 16th, to 18th, 1993.

That there only be one scrutineer per ballot box, per candidate, per polling station.
And that, in the case of a tie after a judicial recount, the tie vote will be resolved by "Lot".

Councillor Keryluk introduced a Bylaw to provide for the determination of various
procedures for the conduct of local government elections and other voting.
