RE; DELIVERY OF LETTER TO 1215 FLETCHER WAY

On February 17, 1993 at 11:15 am I delivered by hand a-letter to
1215 Fletcher Way, Port Coquitlam, BC.

This house did not have house numbers on the house contrary to the
Highway Use Bylaw 2011.

This home did not have a mail box so I slipped the letter/envelope
inbetween the door frame andthe. door.

There was no contact with the occupant but it was obvious that there was

someone in the house. I tried several times to get the occupants attention
by knocking on the door. , ,
