6. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City are hereby authorized to execute such
conveyances, deeds, maps, receipts and other documents on behalf of the said City as
may be necessary for the purposes aforesaid and to affix the Corporate Saa! of the

City thereta.

7. This Bylaw may be cited for al! purposes as the "Rowland/Pitt River Road Exchange
Byiaw, 1997, Now 2290",
