WHEREAS the lands hereinatter described are not required for
municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1. That Lot 20, Block 20, Sw 1/4 Section 7, Township 40, Plan 2797, New
Westminster District, (being 1437 Lincoln Avenue) be sold by tender
if a bid acceptable to Council is received,

2. The City Clerk is hereby instructed and authorized tc publish and
post the Rea] Property for Sale By Tender" notice appearing in the
Agenda documents of this Counci | meeting;

5. The terms and conditions contained therein are hereby approved;

4. The City Clerk carry out the procedures set out therein,

5. Council reserves The right to accept any bid or to reject all of the
bids if Council in its absolute discretion determines that rejection
