RECOMMENDATION:

That City Councl! Inform the District of Pitt Meadows that the
Clty of Port Coquitlam has no objections to the policies
contained In the PItt Meadows Community Plan Bylaw Noe 1015

COMMENTS:

The District of Pitt Meadows have recently prepared a now
Community Plan. The District are now circulating the plan for
comments by surrounding municipalities.

While most of the pollcles contained In the new Community Pian
relocate to design of the community there are several policies
which have an Impact on Port Coquitlam.
