SUBJECT: Minor Hockey Paper Drive

Recommendation:

l. That the Minor Hockey Association be permitted to locate a
bin on the vacant Property adjacent to the Petro Can Station
: on Shaughnessy Street.

26 That they be allowed to store their bin there for December
. 6th, 1986, only.

Background § Comments:

The Minor Hockey Association is Sponsoring a paper drive on

: December 6th, 1986. They require various locations throughout
a Port Coquitlam to store their bins for pick up. The Committee
Supports the use of the vacant lot for their paper drive;
however, they must enter the property from behind the gas station
rather than gain access through the front of the lot due to
possible traffic problems.
