SUBJECT: Rezoning Application 12/84
2020 Grant Avenue

RECOMMENDATION: That City Council direct the Clerk's office to
prepare 4 bylaw rezoning lots 9, 10 and Ii of Btock
27, Det. 464, Plan 2286 from RM-l| Apartment
Residential to RM-4 Apartment Residential.

COMMENTS:

1. This application conforms with the draft Community Pitan and 1979
Apartment Staging Plan.

.2. The proposed apartment building is a combination of townhouses and
six top floor apartment units for a total of tren units.
