COMMENTS: 1. This application conforms with the draft Community Pitan and 1979 Apartment Staging Plan. .2. The proposed apartment building is a combination of townhouses and six top floor apartment units for a total of tren units. with regards To this propos into the surrounding neighbourhood, the ‘building has been sited and signed so that if will have a mintmal impact on neighbouring apartments and houses. The building design Is patterned after a house form using 4 cottage roof and walls having different setbacks.
